About the Dress

Classic wedding dress from Australian Fashion designer, Wendy Makin's current Bridal Couture range.

I bought the dress this year for $3200.00 AUD. The dress was worn once in August 2013 and has been professionally dry cleaned.

This was my dream wedding dress but as I am living in an apartment I unfortunately have no room to store it. While I am sad to see it go, I hope it brings someone else as much joy as it brought me!

Wendy Makin only uses the highest quality fabrics. This dress is made out of ivory silk making it very light and comfortable to wear! The dress has a stunning floral lace bodice, silk buttons and handy hidden pockets (perfect for a tissue!).

I am a size 8 and had minimal alterations done. The hem was slightly taken up - I am 168cm tall and wore flat shoes. My waist size is approx 70cm and my bust size is approx 84cm.
