About the Dress

A vintage masterpiece - this dress is from Valentino's Sposa collection for Pronovias in 2007, the last year Valentino Garavani designed for his label before retirement. The couture 'Deandra' dress retailed for over USD$20,000 and you can see why.
Made from exquisite antique French lace with golden thread throughout, it comes with a removable short vest made from fabric flower petals to match those on the train. Looks incredibly dramatic in photos.
I wore the dress throughout my wedding reception and it is in 'fair' condition. There are some stains on the lace at the bottom and on the top which are faintly visible. The dress also has some fraying due to the delicate nature of the flower appliques and lace. Please message me for more photos.

The dress has been altered in width as well as length to fit me: I'm 5.4 and I wore kitten heels. Will be perfect for a petite bride looking to stand out.

Since the dress in not in very good condition, I'm selling it at a low price, hoping that another bride who appreciates beautiful vintage pieces gets to enjoy it or uses the exquisite lace to redesign it. Original price was almost USD20,000 - bought from Pronovias boutique in Dubai. The lace alone is worth thousands.

Alterations

This dress was shortened as well as taken in on bust and waist to fit. Current dress measurements: 33cm - 25cm - 34cm and length: 123cm.
