The Dress
Ivory/champagne with lace overlay, trumpet/fit & flare/mermaid, size 14 wedding dress. I tried on this dress twice in store and loved it at the moment, so I brought it home. I truly felt stunning in this dress. I thought it had the perfect amount of beading, appliques, and lace and I was obsessed. However, I wasn't technically engaged at the time I went shopping, and it took about a year for me to get engaged. In that time my preferences and my body changed and I was no longer suited to this dress. I never got married in it and I never had it tailored.
TLDR: Unaltered. I bought this dress before I was officially engaged and thought I could "shred for the dress," I couldn't shred for the dress, and my needs have changed since then.
