The Dress

What can I say about this dress to do it justice, it is stunning! I bought it for our 2020 wedding in 2019 which didn't end up happening until June 2022 (covid wedding) . I had a few wobbles wondering if I would still like the dress and honestly even after considering other the dresses this one still blew them all out of the water.

If even possible the dress is much more stunning in person and also comes with the cathedral length veil/cape which attaches to the back of the dress making it super unique. I was told that I could wear it as a veil in my hair if I wanted to0 but decided to go with the original design.

The dress has a nude underlay which is such a beautiful colour and sequins which just catch the light and are not in your face. I honestly felt the most amazing I have ever felt and know that who ever takes this dress will feel exactly the same.

The dress has come up beautifully after being dry cleaned and there are no pulls or holes (I was super careful with it on the day). The only flaw with the dress is that a few of the elastic loops that go round the buttons on the back are over stretched but I have been told this is super common and can be easily repaired. You could wear it as is without even noticing it but if you want it to be absolutely perfect then it's something to consider.

Alterations

Taken in everywhere to fit my body. The dress is actually a wedding size 9 but I am a 6/8 and it was too big for me hence the alterations.
