The Dress

New Eve of Milady 5k dress purchased in August 2022 from a closing down sale with the idea of changing the design to a fit & flare style, creating a one-of-a-kind dress, but my seamstress made it a little too tight for me. So I have decided on a different dress.

$500 in alterations - bottom half has been redesigned, removed extra tulle, leaving one draping layer with a fit & flare lace underneath. I had some details removed but still available if you want to put them back on to your design.

The extra tulle is also still available if you decide to add more to the bottom creating a mermaid shape. I couldn't decide. I wanted to see what it looked like first off and then go from there in the design.

The lace is absolutely beautiful. It would look gorgeous even removing the top layer of tulle to see the lace more. So many ideas to make this dress a one of one-of-a-kind. Also comes with beautifully detailed straps.

Fit & flare redesign has made the dress too tight for me in the thighs. The dress now would be perfect for a size 6-8. Or 10-12 if stretchy fabric is added to just the inner liner making it a more comfortable fit.

Alterations

Changed to Fit & Flare, removed tulle bunches around the dress leaving one draping layer.
