The Dress

The Eurydamas bridal gown by Pronovias is a mermaid gown crafted in all-over lace, cut in unique, braided patterns that twist about delicate netting on a sweet, plunge bodice and light, flowing skirt. Also featuring a gorgeous, crossed, keyhole back.

I couldn't have wished for a better dress. So many people commented on how much they loved it. It was so elegant and yet comfortable. It would suit a casual beach setting like my wedding, or a more formal event. It was a perfect fit :)

The dress also comes with a bolero (little shoulder wrap shown in image 8) which is good if it's a bit chilly after the ceremony. I ordered extra fabric when I had the dress made and then had the bolero made locally to exactly match the dress. I also have more fabric leftover (approx 2.3 x 1 metres) in case you would like to have anything further made or altered.

The veil is also included and has lovely beads around the outside seam that apparently sparkled in the sunlight during our ceremony!

The dress has been professionally dry cleaned and is in great condition.

Alterations

Cups have been added to the breasts (to fill them out and provide extra support). A bustle has been added (button and loop) so the train of the dress can be pinned up at the back for easy walking / dancing after the ceremony (see image 7). The dress was also taken up at the bottom hem. Alterations were professionally done.
