Monique Lhuillier Regency Dress with Cathedral Veil. The gown’s fabric is comprised of 3D flowers and sleeves are off the shoulder. It is surprisingly lightweight and I was able to move in it very seamlessly - even more so when it is bustled!
I wore this dress for a few hours since I had a second dress and it is in great shape. It has been professionally cleaned and placed in a wedding gown box for easy shipment.

Alterations
I am 5'3 without heels. The dress is a size 6 and has been altered to my measurements with 3 inch heels. I am typically a size 2. I made the off the shoulder straps detachable and added a bustle.
