The Dress

This Justin Alexander A-line dress is a beautiful dress with gorgeous detailing. Sleeves were also added by my seamstress with lace which corresponded to the dress. I bought the dress as a sample, and dry cleaned it before wearing which made it as good as new! I only wore it for a few hours as I changed into another dress in the early afternoon.

Veil seen in the photos is also included.

Description from designer website: This beaded Venice lace A-line gown is the epitome of timeless romance. Featuring a Queen Anne neckline and buttons from the back neckline to the end of the train. Soft trim lace accents the hem of this gown to complete the look.

The label size is a US 14, and I was a street size UK 14 when I wore it. I loved this dress, and hoping it can find a new home to be worn on someone else's special day.

The only alterations were the skirt, which was shortened to the right height for me in my heels (3 inch heels, plus 165cm in height). My seamstress also added lace 3/4 sleeves, which could be removed if desired when making alterations. Please see 4th photo to see what they look like.

The dress is currently at the dry cleaners and should be ready for approximately mid-end of June 2023.

Alterations

- Length of skirt was shortened to suitable length for wear in heels
- 3/4 length sleeves added (see 4th photo)
- loop added to skirt to attach train to back of dress
