The Dress

I can't express how much I loved wearing this dress! I only wore it for 1 day for my summer wedding so it's in absolutely excellent condition still and no flaws- it's the Made with Love Kennedy dress that was part of their special New York Capsule collection launched in October 2022.

It's honestly the most elegant dress but with a modern style with it being off shoulder and beautifully fitted to your figure - it's made from French floral lace with a figure-hugging high back with sheer off-the-shoulder sleeves, side slit and beautiful buttons to the end of the train (the train is just stunning and looks so classy (see in the pics). The lace sleeves are easily removable too with clips - I took these off in the evening so it was fully sleeveless and it was like a new dress and made it perfect for dancing. I've sent it to be professionally dry cleaned via the The Knot's recommended special wedding dress cleaning service- we had a lovely sunny day, so the only dirt marks were minor and only on the very bottom of the train from just walking around (no damages or stains on the dress).

My size details:
- I am normally a US Size 2 / UK Size 6. Based on my measurements.
- I'm 5"2 without shoes and I wore 8cm/ 3 inch heels on the day, so dress is for small/ petite ladies!

Alterations

I didn't have many alterations. I only had the dress shortened to my height (I'm 5"2 without heels and wore 3 inch heels, had the dress fitted in slightly at the sides to fit better around my waist and then the lining attached to the outer lace so it looked much better walking. I am normally a US Size 2-4/ a UK Size 6-8 and 5"2 without shoes (I wore 8cm/ 3 inch heels on the day).
