The Dress

This dress made me feel very elegant on my special day!
It has a figure flattering corset/dropped waist (with a little give either way thanks to the corset back) as well as a cathedral train. This can be buttoned up do you can party later in the evening.
The top of the corset is embellished with a beaded pearl and diamond pattern that is beautiful, but not too overpowering.
The whole skirt is covered in similar beaded pattern at each bubbled collection. The main fabric is satin, but there is also taffeta underneath for volume. Although there is built in skirt, a hoop or underskirt adds the extra oomph to make you look extra-amazing on your day.

I ordered extra material at the time to use on flower girl dresses etc, and some left over was used to make a small gathered purse to put lipstick etc in. Will be added to the dress for your use. If you are a size 39 shoe, happy to give you my Martinez Valero shoes that were purchased to go with the dress as the purple matched beautifully.

This was worn in 2007, and immediately dry cleaned and boxed for long term storage. I removed and checked it all out - and can confirm it is as fabulous as the day it was put in.

Our marriage is going strong, but I had two boys and no one to hand this on to, so time to let it go.

Alterations

Added cushioning on breasts inside corset for extra cleavage, but very lightly sewn in and can be removed if needed. Was a size C cup.
