The Dress

Beautiful Made with Love Louie Fitted dress, bought for RRP of £2,000 in 2022. This style is now discontinued.

Worn once for a summer garden wedding. Has been professionally dry cleaned by Terringtons. A couple of minor discolouration marks which couldn’t be fully removed, mainly around the waist (bride’s right side). Can only really notice if you’re looking for it. Could easily be covered by adding a wider waist band or over skirt. I had the train pinned up for most the day so the train is absolutely spotless. The under side still has the usual marks from walking along the floor, but can only be seen if the dress is lifted.

Made with Love is a very sought after Australian designer which I fell in love with and knew I wanted one of their dresses before I was even engaged! This dress was my absolute dream and I felt incredible in it. I am a UK size 10, however we bought a UK size 12 and I had slight alterations to size down. Made With Love suits a petite frame and smaller bust size. The padding size in the dress could be removed and altered accordingly. I am 5ft4 and wore 2 inch heels.

This was my dream dress and I hope someone else can enjoy their special day in it just as much as me!

Alterations

Dress is a UK size 12 altered to a UK size 10-12. Very minor alterations, would almost certainly fit a small size 10 or UK 8 with alterations. My bust at the time was a 32 C/D.
