The Dress

Dress was worn for approximately 4 hours on our wedding day (I changed into a different dress for the reception). Original dress has a v slit design down the front, which I had sewn up when they made the dress for me. Dress is technically a split size 6 in the bust and 8 in the waist, but my normal street size is size 8 in tops and size 10 in bottoms. I had a DD cup size at the time. It’s been hand cleaned beautifully and in excellent condition. Comes with hoop if you’d like it. Can send more photos upon request.

Alterations

Has been hemmed in the front for my height (with heals) of 171cm. Train has had a bustle installed (button and loop). I would have liked to have the waist brought in more as it was still a bit loose on me. My seamstress told me she could definitely have done that, but I ended up not having time in the end. I can pass on details of the lady who altered if you are in the Canberra area and would like to go back to her.
