This is a very beautiful, big, and sparkly dress. It does have a corset top that is also very sparkly. This dress will definitely make you feel like a princess. The dress does come with a removable hoop. The sleeves that come with the dress are the lantern sleeves displayed in the second picture. The other sleeves that are being worn are purchased separately. The dress is still being made and will arrive in the first week of October. My family member was just diagnosed with cancer so we are deciding to not proceed with the wedding
