The Dress

Beautiful ‘Leto’ bonded crepe dress with ‘Onda’ pleated tulle sleeves. Both dress and sleeves are designed and made by Hera Couture.

The perfect mix of minimal and lush, Leto is the best of both worlds. The bodice showcases an ultra modern square cut neckline which is incredibly flattering, while pleats flow around the hips hugging a bride’s figure for a sexy silhouette.

Onda sleeves are a dreamlike addition to any gown. Gorgeous Pleated Tulle is lightweight and translucent allowing the drama to be maximised without being overwhelming. Long flowing ribbons cinch in the sleeves for shape and volume, creating a stunning silhouette.

Sleeves can be easily detached using the hidden poppers within the sleeves, so you get two looks if you would like to!

The dress was originally a bridal size 20, which would be more a high street size 18. I am usually UK size 14/16 in my normal clothes, my height is 5.7ft.

The original measurements were:

Bust- 43”
Waist- 35”
Hip- 47”

The dress was then altered and taken in by around an 1” on the bodice and 2” on the hip.

After our wedding this summer, I took the dress to the dry cleaner mainly for the dress trail as there were no stains or anything at the front at all. There are a few tiny marks left on the trail and a few bubbles which can be easily removed.

This dress was really comfortable to wear and I loved the classy yet modern look and I received lots of compliments on the day!
