Bettina dress by Wtoo. I never wore the stress, I purchased this at a sample sale and decided on another dress for my big day. I am just trying to get my money back. The dress is in perfect condition, there are no missing beads or lace. There have been no alterations done to the dress. One of the detachable sleeves needs to be repaired but this should be an easy job. I was planning on wearing the dress strapless but you can do either. This dress is priced to sell.
