Alterations
Dress was taken in because I was between a size 2-4. Fabric can be taken out (no fabric was cut besides an inch off of the tool). Added three discrete loops on back to bustle. I also had padding put into the bust area. Alterations cost $500 total and was completed by a highly rated seamstress in Los Angeles.
