The Dress

I have never felt more beautiful and more like “me” than when I wore this dress!

It is comfortable, feels like a ballgown without the big “puffiness” and the material is luxe.

I had the dress altered at the bust to make sure I wouldn’t need to wear a bra- as a large breasted woman, I didn’t want any slipping or to feel like I was pulling the dress up all day, and I was not disappointed.

I also used some of the fabric from the bottom to make a belt and large bow for my waist. It’s removable and can be worn with the bow at the back, front or side.

Alterations

I had the bodice taken in slightly to ensure I wouldn’t need to wear a bra, and the dress was taken up at the bottom, with the extra fabric used to make a removable belt
