About the Dress

This stunning gown by Caroline Castigliano was an absolute dream to wear on my wedding day. It was custom made at the atelier in Knightsbridge. It features a satin bodice with a sweetheart neckline and hidden corsetry, and the Gala skirt with hand embroidered flowers from the ‘Symphony’ lace.

The Gala skirt is softly pleated along the waistline, opening to a daring split along the central front. The show-stopping skirt is made from lustrous, structural Italian piqué Mikado which holds the volume and sharpness of the pleats perfectly, and makes the sweeping skirt all the more striking.

The dress was custom made to my measurements. I am a size 8 and 5’4, and I wore 3 inch heels on my wedding day.
The dress has been dry cleaned and is in excellent condition.
