Shop with confidence

We've linked up with PayPal to protect your purchase for up to US$20,000.

Protection you'll love

If your dress arrives significantly different to the seller's description, damaged, counterfeit or doesn't arrive at all, PayPal Buyer Protection can protect you for the full purchase price plus shipping costs, up to $20,000 USD per item.

Always included

Every eligible purchase on Stillwhite is protected at no additional cost. Simply pay through PayPal, and have the dress shipped to you. If there is an issue with your dress, you may file a dispute—PayPal is already integrated into our chat system making payment easy.

Ultimate peace of mind

Although you're unlikely to experience any issues purchasing from a seller, we understand that your wedding dress is special and your purchase needs to be protected. PayPal Buyer Protection will reimburse your purchase and shipping costs if you encounter any issues, for up to US$20,000.

PayPal Buyer Protection protects your online purchases in case your item doesn't match its description, is defective, or doesn't turn up at all.

When you have agreed on a price, ask the seller to request payment in your chat conversation. We have integrated PayPal payments directly into Stillwhite as a commitment to helping create a safe and trusted community around the world.

To help protect your purchase, make sure you:

  • Pay with PayPal
  • Pay in one single payment
  • Have the dress shipped to you
  • Keep your PayPal account in good standing
