Stillwhite operates on a simple one-time payment to list a wedding dress. This fee is payable at the time of listing and is strictly non-refundable.
Every sale is published on our recently sold section and for complete transparency, we include the sale price, and how long the dress took to sell. This helps set expectations of our service before listing.
Any payment errors or duplicate payments may be eligible for a full refund, within 24 hours of purchase. Simply contact us.
