When does my listing expire?

Listings on Stillwhite remain for sale until they are sold.

If you remain active and continue responding to buyers, your listing will not expire. 

Your listing may be paused by Stillwhite if:

• Your average response rate drops below 80%
• Your average response time is more than 72 hours
• You do not log in to your Stillwhite account in over 12 months
• You fail to follow the rules in our Seller Agreement

If your item has sold, please take a minute to remove your listing.
