Stillwhite was simple to use. Took my gown 11 weeks to sell. I had previously listed the same brand new with tags gown on another site, and had no luck. I appreciate the security filter to help identify spam quickly and block scammers. The three potential buyers and the one eventual buyer were friendly and courteous. All communication was done easily through the site. I was able to quickly send more pictures and videos of the gown through message. I received payment on a Sunday for my sale via PayPal once I emailed the “offer” to my buyer and they completed on their end. I packaged the dress up and mailed via FedEx first thing Monday morning. My Buyer received (in a neighboring state) her gown on Tuesday morning even though the cheaper option of 2 day shipping was used.

Great website. Very secure and easy to use. I bought both my wedding dress and my after wedding party jumpsuit through still white, saving at least £2000 pounds. I've just sold one of those pieces and am close to selling the second. It feels good to be able to buy second hand dresses and then to pass them on to another bride. They're such precious pieces that deserve more than one outing and this is a brilliant way to re-use and share the love. The selling process was simple and very secure. For my wedding dress journey, I wanted to buy a used dress to get a designer dress within my budget. I used several other used wedding dress platforms and Still White had the most variety of sellers and and dresses in my size than any other platform. I love how secure and easy it is to communicate. I was using the browser for half the time until I installed the app and wish I'd done that sooner. It's so convenient to get notifications of new listings based on my saves searches. The only problem with Still White was that there were so many dresses within my budget and size, I couldn't decide on the between my saved favorites. I finally purchased a dress and consulted the help page often which reassured my trust in making sure I wasn't being scammed. Buying a dress from a seller overseas can be high risk but it's made possible by using Still White. I'll likely list my dress after my wedding for another bride to wear for their big day!

The search was a little overwhelming and I didn't find that the filters worked very well each time. It seemed like there were dresses that fit my search category but didn't show up until I did more specific deep digging. I understand people can pay to prioritize their dresses, but it did make searching a little tricky. Once I did find something I was into however it was very easy to communicate with the seller and easy to follow and track the dress.

I felt the platform was a little difficult to use as a seller. It took multiple times of reading the FAQ section to understand how to make a sale. Additionally, the $25 listing fee didn't feel worth it at first because I was getting no messages except for spam. I think it would make a lot more sense to explain to people that it takes a while to sell while giving them tips on how to make a successful sale.

Fairly easy to use and I like that it was the one-off listing fee instead of a commission. I also liked the integration of the transaction and tracking in the conversation. I was disappointed it took years to sell the dress despite good photos, paying for multiple promotions and numerous price cuts (ended up selling for less than 10% of the cost).

Super easy, pleasant experience to create the ad for the dress! I really loved the optimize and boost tools -- SO helpful! I paid for an additional boost after the initial period ended and my dress sold in less than 2 weeks. I met the super-sweet bride-to-be at a local department store where we 'borrowed' a fitting room so she could try the dress on. : ) I also love that it's a set fee for selling as opposed to a percentage of the final sale. I wish we could also sell prom dresses on here LOL!

There are so many brides who care just as much about you - the bride - to find your perfect dress. I developed a good relationship with my seller (who is also a 2023 bride). Horrible experience. If I could give minus stars I would. I had tried on a dress brand new a few days prior to using Stillwhite, but I decided to buy the same dress second-hand to try and reduce the wastage of buying a new dress I would only wear once. I felt secure in buying a dress from Stillwhite as they had PayPal buyer protection... what a mistake that was. I found the dress secondhand and was assured by the seller that it had been professionally dry-cleaned and was undamaged. The dress arrived, but the silk was scratchy and hard, not like silk should be. If you have ever accidentally ruined silk by washing it incorrectly you will know the feeling. The dress was also significantly shorter than advertised and only came to my ankles, which is crazy, as the seller was taller than me and also wore heels on the day. The seams of the dress buckle, as the silk threads have been damaged and shrunk. I tried to reason with the seller but they refused to refund me. I also put a dispute through Paypal but they said "This decision was made because if an item is materially similar to the seller's description, we don't consider it to be significantly not as described" and they refused my claim. So if it's silk... it's silk, regardless of whether it's damaged or not. Devastated. I now have a dress I can't wear, as it only comes to my ankles and the silk is ruined, and I cannot afford a new dress as I have spent more money than I should have to buy this one second-hand. Stillwhite was no help at all, they told the seller that "typically there are no refunds for second-hand sales and this is particularly true for wedding dresses" and usually if a buyer has made a purchase that you're not happy with, the recommendation is that they have to on-sell the dress themselves. Super helpful if the dress is ruined. Don't trust PayPal buyer protection and don't trust Stillwhite to help, they're protecting the seller, not the buyer.
