As a buyer I appreciate your services and website. I am not super tech savvy so I don't know of any improvements to suggest. The website is easy to navigate and I utilized a price drop feature (email notification) to purchase my dress. If it's prefect I will be suspending or dropping my account. As long as the seller is responsive, this app works, ladies! And it's secure, which is super important to all of us since wedding dresses are a huge purchase. So far, I'm super pleased with my first and only experience/transaction with Stillwhite. If I needed to use it again in the future, I would just based on my initial experience with it. My only "con" with it is that I wish they were able to let us do a search filter by height. I'm tall (5'9") and 95% of the dresses that come up, the bride's selling noted something like, "5'3" with shoes.".... ugh... next.

This was an incredible experience! I felt so lucky and blessed to receive a dress that was absolutely perfect. I was so nervous about buying something without seeing it, but the previous owner was completely gracious and even agreed that she would accept a return if I didn't fit or for any reason didn't want it. She was so accommodating with idea messaging me too the areas of the dress which had issues. I listed my Vera Wang wedding dress on four wedding sites. StillWhite was the only one I received any inquiries and then successfully sold it on for a fair price. The experience was seamless. I'm not sure why people complained about receiving payment. We completed the transaction through PayPal (I already had an account) and you can pay 2% to get the money immediately or not pay anything and get the money in 1-3 days, all of which I think is reasonable. Overall, I highly recommend StillWhite!

Very expensive to list a dress here. Difficult that it was something that you had to spend more and more to promote. I felt like I lost a lot of money on my listing because of this. I think it is a great idea and really appreciated the opportunity to buy a used dress. The user journey was confusing. Neither I nor the seller could figure out how I could buy the dress. A button was on my screen "buy now" and when I clicked it, it said "please ask the seller to make you an offer." Neither I nor the seller understood what that meant. I went to the Help articles and looked at the "how does it work" article and there were no details about how to actually buy the dress. In fact, in that article on the "buyer" side it seemed to have some "seller" instructions....This was pretty confusing. We figured out that the seller had to press a button on her end, but it could have been more clearly explained up front to avoid the confusion. Also she didn't know she had to go to the post office first and figure out how much it would be to ship it to me. I think all these steps could be more clearly explained. All in all, I am really happy to have been able to buy a used dress from such a sweet lady, and grateful for the platform to facilitate this. We will see what the condition is like when it arrives, but I'm sure it will be great!
