Your platform was great to use, although my rating of 5 stars is awarded to my lovely seller, not really still white. She was so easy to deal with, and thankfully honest. Was scary to part with that amount of money and essentially trust that I would receive a dress in retura nd a dress that was as described.

I’m so happy to have found my dress but the whole process is a little confusing. I wish the payment method could be right through Stillwhite instead of having to use a third party like PayPal. I think everything worked out great, hoping it is authentic and my dress gets delivered soon!

I’ve loved using Still White! The only thing I’d suggest is to allow the buyer and seller to still be able to message after the dress is marked Sold as we were going to exchange numbers and Heather was going to send me supplier details.

There should be a better search ability to search by dress label size or street size. Had I not searched in a different size category, I wouldn't have my dress, because the filter didn't go by label size.

I am so excited to be getting my wedding dress form StillWhite. To be able to buy a brand new dress from a famous designer at half the cost is so incredible, and really helps the wedding budget! I love the user interface. The app is very easy and intuitive to use as well, despite some limitations like not being able to crop photos and some wonky issues with text editing. It did get confusing once the buyer confirmed they wanted to buy. I think it would help if there was more guidance that cleared up that you can add the shipping estimate when you add the 'buy now' button. I had to do some digging before I figured it out.

I loved buying my dress through StillWhite. Easy process to search and buy dresses. My only criticism of the website was that even when I put the location as pick up only it still have many options which were many hours distance from me, which I found frustrating. Maybe if you had setting so the user could put how many kilometres away they would be willing to drive?

I had a great experience selling my wedding dress on StillWhite. I got married the summer prior to the pandemic, and understandably had a difficult time finding a buyer, as few weddings were happening. It took a year to sell my gorgeous silk gown and the process was made seamless on StillWhite’s platform. I would highly recommend this service - as a Canadian bride I had no issues selling to a bride in the US.

I really enjoyed the platform. It took about 2 years to sell my dress, so patience required. But the lovely person I sold it too was so excited, so it was really wonderful for us both. The shipping stage is a little bit more complex than I anticipated, but the payment process was smooth and safe for both the seller and the buyer. I would definitely recommend Still White! What a great concept!
