buyerThe site can be a bit overwhelming to search. It also seems that not every seller lists every possible aspect that they could (e.g. neckline, material...) so they get left out of searches and you end up needing to go through a really wide search. However - the daily updates are a useful way to search, once I'd done my initial massive & overwhelming search, this meant I could just spend a minute each day looking at the new ones coming through, and this is how I eventually found my dress :) Would recommend as it is encouraging dresses getting a second life so it's a much more ethical and sustainable option than buying a new dress.More

Knowing how much joy it brought me on my big day, I knew I wanted to pass on that feeling to another bride. I listed my dress on StillWhite and within 2 months it was sold! I met the bride (she lived in the same city as me!!) at a seamstress’s shop in town. She tried it on and fell in love. I almost cried, it for her so perfectly! (She even wore the same shoe size as me!) We quickly exchanged a dress and a hug. She even promised to send me pictures of her big day! ImThank you still white for this experience! Communication is done through a chat style platform (which is really nice because you know if the seller is active/reading your messages or not). I had such a wonderful and easy buying experience though alot of that credit goes to my seller. She was wonderful! So glad someone told me about Stillwhite! Will definitely recommend!MoreLarissa

The lady I sold it too lives overseas, and she found the dress in store but was expensive, and then found my dress on this site and was so thrilled. sellerI’m so happy I signed up for this site. I bought a wedding dress and had second thoughts and ended up buying the RIGHT one. Unfortunately I could not return first one. I sold it on here within a month which was so relieving. I did not get full amount for what I paid but very close to it!!! One less thing for me to stress about. sellerReally liked the security of using the Still White platform to sell the dress, but do not like that they monetise keeping your dress relevant in search listings. Your dress progressively gets seen by less and less people unless you pay to periodically boost your views. Other than this one caveat, it's an excellent service.More

buyerPayment options were limited. Difficult transactions from different countries. Becomes tedious and tad annoying when you deal with users who have poor understanding of how online shopping works. Especially when they are rigid and not willing to read through website information /respond to suggestions. Some informations were masked and misleading. Ad’s depiction was of a young lady selling her dress but actual seller was someone elder. Prompt help otherwise by Stillwhite’s personnel.More

sellerI think this is great I just think there needs to be a way to protect the seller too because my dress meant alot to me and if the buyer were to come back and not like it then I'm stuck with a dress someone tried on may have ruined and now it's no longer valuable thats my fear as I paid 3250 for it sold it for 2500 though I should still have sold it for more. buyerThe service is good. The concept is great. However, I have just purchased 3 different dresses from this website. The first was perfect, as described and in great condition. The second stated it was dry-cleaned, however, on receipt I found twigs and grass stuck in the lace at the bottom of the gown. It was clearly not dry-cleaned as described. The third one has a torn shoulder strap (approx 1 inch) as well as quite obvious staining all over the wide straps and under arms, and god know what all over the back. Looks like fake tan that did not come off when she had it dry-cleaned. Really started off quite well, but now I am not interested in purchasing from these people anymore because it's obvious that they are looking to make money through dishonest descriptions. Any dispute that is opened will also mean that the seller obviously still has your full name and contact details, so I'm not comfortable calling out a persons bad behaviour when they have my address and I know nothing about them. To avoid this, it is likely that I will no longer use this website. I'd rather use a store website as although the product will cost more, at least I won't have to spend more money cleaning and fixing a dress in order to get any use out of it.More
