The buyer told me she had a hard time finding my dress because it was a one-shoulder and listed under "neckline" instead of "sleeves" which seems counterintuitive. I think it would make more sense to list it under both categories.

The whole experience was amazing and my seller was great in keeping in touch and keeping me informed. My only issue was actually purchasing the dress while logged into my PayPal account, it just wouldnt let me do it. So I ended up having to buy the dress as a guest. I found the service easy to use. You just have to have patience and the right person will come along to buy your gown. I did find the selling to be a little confusing, I wish that still white had an option to ship through them, It would be nice since there are so many other shipping services to choose from if stillwhite took the info from both users and calculated the shipping and added it to the final cost, that way I could get the box, slap their shipping label on it and send it to the buyer. But otherwise I would recommend this service to a friend.
