The Dress

I am selling my stunning Annasul Y wedding dress so another bride can feel as incredible as I did on my wedding day! It was the first dress I saw, let alone tried on as I fell in love with it at first sight! It is an ivory-coloured, fitted, backless silk satin dress with cowl neck at the back and beautiful jewelled embellishments on the shoulders. I truly felt like a princess wearing it and all my girlfriends had dress envy all day!

I purchased it from Teokath in Wimbledon Village for £1,750 for my wedding in July 2013. Obviously it has only been worn once! I took great care of it on my wedding day as my initial thoughts were to dye it black so I could wear it again as a ball dress – I love it that much!! I got it professionally dry cleaned straight after my wedding and it has been hanging upright on the original branded hanger in the original branded dress bag in my wardrobe ever since.

It is a size 8 – bust 32C, waist 27” and hips 37.5” that I then had taken in around the waist and hips slightly to fit perfectly. I am 5”3 and wore 3” heels on my wedding day.

Alterations

The original measurements are given above but I had a couple of centimetres taken off the waist and hips before the wedding as I lost a couple of pounds before the Big Day.
