The Dress

A work of art in opulent Point de Venise lace, a trumpet gown showcases curves as it captivates with a sheer-illusion bodice cut with a plunging V-neckline in back. The crepe-lined skirt sweeps the floor in an elegant flare.

Although this dress didn't stand out to me when I initially saw it online, I fell in love with it when I tried it on. It hugged the body in all the right places and was very flattering. I loved it just as much on the wedding day as when I initially tried it on! I will be sad to part with it, but do not have space in our apartment and hope to make another bride's big day equally special.

60" length (size 10).
Back zip closure.
Front and back V-neckline.
Sleeveless.

Alterations

The gown did not require many alterations as it fit me quite well off the rack!

It was taken in slightly in the waist, hips, and bum. It was also altered for a French bustle (that ties underneath with ribbons - it's very easy to bustle after the ceremony) so that you can tie the dress up after the ceremony and dance with ease!

For size reference: I'm 5' 7.5", wear a C-cup and weigh 130 pounds (typically wear a size 2 - 6 depending on the brand). I wore 2.75 inch heels so the length was hemmed to the correct length at ~5'10"
