The Dress

Loved my designer Rue De Seine dress! Perfect for our low key beach wedding - would suit a laid-back, garden-style, bo-ho, rustic summer affair.

Features heavy Guipure lace (which is cotton lace) that falls beautifully, giving a rustic texture that's not too clingy. Has a luxurious satin lining.

The selling point for me, hands down, was the sexy low back and eye-catching lace train. I didn't want anything too "big" or traditional but was surprised at how the lace train added to the overall look and wasn't OTT.

The bra insert gives a gentle 'lift' and offers decent support while dancing the night away. It was comfy and easy to move in, which is key to remember when purchasing a dress!

This version comes with delicate bo-ho sleeves but you can remove them for a summery and elegant spaghetti strap look.

My height - 165cm (plus I had 1.5 inch heel on, was perfect length for covering feet & still walking easily).

Dress waist - 35 cm - dress lying flat (has slight stretch - both silk and lace)

Take in ever so slightly at the waist - so sorry don't have these dimensions any more (am fatter!!)
