The Dress

I am selling my beautiful Anna Campbell wedding dress in the hope that another bride can love it as much as I did! It is the perfect combination of glam and boho, with a beautiful pearl beaded bodice, lace straps and detailing and a silk chiffon skirt and small train, which bustles at the back for all-night dancing.

The dress is just as beautiful from the back as from the front. It has a stunning low back, but with plenty of support from the lace straps, and the silk bows (x2) at the back hold everything in place (I can provide separate instructions on how to tie it).

The dress has a stretchy waistband so you can actually enjoy your meal on your wedding day! It's a size S, which will fit an 8, 10 or 12 dress size due to the expandable waist.

I have had the dress dry-cleaned by 2020 Dry Cleaning in Mosman, Sydney, which is where the bridal store has all their Anna Campbell samples cleaned. There are one or two very small stains on the bottom side of the train from general wear on the wedding day, but these are not noticeable when the dress is on.

I paid a total of $3,800 for the dress including alterations. I am happy to provide more photos on request or answer any questions.

Alterations

I needed minimal alterations, all of which are reversible. My seamstress added press studs to the bottom of the straps and to the inside of the waistband, so the straps just 'press' into place to attach (Anna Campbell dresses always require straps to be sewn in after purchase, but this method made it much easier to get the dress on). The press studs can be moved easily in your alterations to secure the straps at the correct length for you.

I also had the lace trim of the straps brought in slightly to create more of a 'strap' look at the shoulder rather than a cap-sleeve look. The material is all still there - tucked rather than cut - so you can release this out if you would prefer more of a cap sleeve.

The waist and hem length have not been touched :)
