New with tags (NWT) unworn dress with high-neck, keyhole back, full skirt, hidden pockets, and fabric-covered buttons down the back. It also has mesh accents at the sides which give this classic dress a modern twist. You can put a tulle slip underneath to make it have a fuller skirt or leave it without to look a bit more A-Line (my personal favorite). This dress is very flattering and a steal for the price! It is in perfect condition. It has not had any alternations. I haven't even taken it out of the plastic. Only selling as we have decided to elope instead of having a big church wedding!
