The Dress

Romantic, Scandinavian lace dress with long train,sweetheart neckline and a built in corset. The shape is a gentle mermaid shape which skims hips and thighs and then gently falls to the floor. I am a size 6-8 and am 5ft2. I wore heels 7.5cm high. I wore the dress summer 2019 and it was lightweight and comfortable with a lovely movement to it.

Dress has been professionally dry cleaned and kept in a smoke free house in its original bag. The dress is at my parents house in Reading, you are very welcome to come and try the dress on as many times as you like.

I loved this dress, it made me feel pretty, feminine and happy. Happy hunting!

Alterations

The dress was originally a bit too big and was very long. I had the dress altered to fit me at the waist and to be at floor level. The tailor also added a small white hoop at the back of the dress to go over your hand and a hidden button which allows the train to be hooked up onto the dress for dancing.
All alterations done by a professional tailor at La Sartoria, who did an excellent job.
