The Dress

This Maggie Sottero Nola dress has lace appliqués cascade down the bodice, breathtaking scalloped hem, and illusion open-back in this tulle over Vogue satin wedding dress. Featuring beaded spaghetti straps, a V-neckline, and beaded embellishments in a fit-and-flare silhouette. Finished with covered buttons over zipper closure.

Originally bought summer 2018 for £1555. Worn once (2019) and was immediately professionally dry cleaned.

This was my DREAM dress! It’s elegant, not too simple, hugs all the right places and was so comfortable to wear! My favourite part was the beautiful scalloped train which looked stunning fanned out or when it fell straight. This dress was dry cleaned straight after my wedding. This dress is too special to keep in a wardrobe and it would be incredible if someone could love it as much as I did and wear it on their special day.

Alterations

This ivory wedding dress was bought in UK size 10. Professionally altered to my measurements and shortened slightly (I am five foot 8 and wore heels on the day). The seamstress also removed the logo wrist strap and replaced it with plain ivory ribbon whilst adding a bustle so that it was possible to pin up train.
