I live for fashion and am a former private fashion consultant. In the quest to find my dream dress I tried the highest end of fashion designers like Vera Wang, often with a big price tag. The mainstream shops, didn't have the mix of luxurious and cutting edge design and fabrics that I was looking for. Then I found this dress, which had the best of two worlds.The gown is a very beautiful mix between edgy fashion and tradition, very sophisticated and timeless.

An exquisite lace embellishes the bodice and the striking back of this timeless Mikado Satin gown featuring a V-neckline, long lace sleeves with buttons around the wrists and a luxurious layered skirt with box pleats, buttons in the back and pockets on the front (smart for your phone or lipstick). It echoes the dresses of Grace of Monaco and Kate Middleton, even in the choice of fabrics. The dress can be easy altered to fit a size 6 or 10. Depending on the make, I alternate with high street brands between a size 6 or 8.

The veils which I bought for an additional £650, will be included in the price. It consists of 2 veils, one is to cover the face, the other falls on the back and is 3 meter long with a dramatic lace and beading which was made bespoke for me.

The dress is in perfect condition as I wore the dress for 5 hours and changed to another dress in the evening. The second dress is also optionally for sale for £400 and will be £250 when purchased with the main dress. I can send you pics if interested. The dress is not dry-cleaned yet, as I want do do this right before the sell (and after any fittings to give the new bride a perfectly clean dress.
