The Dress

I always told myself I wouldn’t find ‘the dress’ from the first shop I visited. In fact, I was so certain I would be like every other bride out there trying on hundreds of dresses in despair, that it actually took me several months to accept that there wasn’t a better suited dress for my special day!

I fell in love with this Dando London ‘East India’ gown, which made the perfect choice to say ‘I do’ on the beautiful island of Santorini.

On my special day I couldn’t have been happier, ‘East India’ fitted perfectly and glided so elegantly as I walked down the aisle.

I can honestly say I have never felt so confident, so self-assured and as beautiful as I felt on this day.. and those memories as well as those special photos will last a lifetime.

I truly hope this special dress goes to a bride-to-be that will feel as amazing and confident on her big day, as this dress made me feel.

Alterations

I have relatively wide hips, so I had some alterations made by a professional alterations company, to loosen some of the underskirt. So for someone who has smaller hips, the dress could be easily taken in.
