The Dress

This was my dream dress. It was beautiful and I received so many compliments.

I chose this dress because:
1. the give in the fabric helps mould the body and fit perfectly!
2. the hand detailing was so intricate with hand beading, romantic tulle and sparkling sequin which catches the sunlight. The fabric is semi sheer so you could actually see the silhouette of my legs but at the same time, the intricate lace has you covered in all the appropriate places.

I am 5 foot 6 (167cm tall) and wore 10cm tall heels.

Worn once, for around 2 hours for the ceremony before changing to 2nd dress for the reception.

Also have long cathedral length veil custom made for this dress. It is 230cm in length with ribbon edging along whole length. Paid $250.

The gown is a Berta size 40. Professionally altered in to fit a size 8-10.
