About the Dress

This is a Vivienne Westwood Long Cocotte dress from the 2019 ready-to-wear bridal collection. This dress is unaltered, with labels still attached and can be couriered in the original box. It has a fitted and boned bodice/corset, zip and hook and eye fastenings and beautiful silk-satin fabric in ivory-white. The straps can sit off-shoulder (as in the photo of the model) or they can be pulled up and pinned to create on-shoulder straps (as in the first picture). I am 165cm in flats and was 170cm in heels in the picture shown.

The measurements I've put up are for the unaltered dress, as I measure them with a tape measure. In that first picture the skirt fit fine but I would have had to have the bodice brought in a bit to match that fit. The bodice has stretch and give, and I was told at the fitting if you wore it longer it warmed and moulded to the body.

It's a beautiful gown - I just decided to go with a different design. I hope you love it as much as I do.
