The Dress

Stunning Vera Wang Katherine dress from the Spring/Summer 2014 collection. Worn once for my wedding day in Marrakech! Dress is in excellent condition but has not been dry cleaned due to it mainly being made from Horsehair and i haven't done enough research on dry cleaning. However the only dirt on the dress is on the underneath which is completely unnoticeable.

The dress is a US size 4 (UK 8) but I had it altered down slightly so I'd say its a 6-8. Ball gown dress consisting of many layers of Tulle and Horsehair. Bodice is boned and has a gorgeous horsehair covering. Worn here with matching horsehair veil and ivory sash. I also had matching buttons down the back of the bodice for show as it's a zip side. I had the buttons flown to paris and then to new york so the fabric could be colour matched to the dress perfectly.

The dress is very light and easy to wear despite its many layers, i had absolutely no problems dancing in it all night long.

I live in Matlock in Derbyshire and welcome anyone wanting to come and view the dress to try it on etc.
