I ordered the beautiful Modern Trousseau Autumn dress and then ultimately decided to wear my mother's dress. So now this dress is looking for a bride!

The dress is truly unique and very flattering with a rich romantic look that would work beautifully in multiple settings (church, mansion, garden, etc). Just Google the dress - you'll see it's a favorite among brides!

DRESS DETAILS: Ivory Alencon lace overlay with Champagne Satin (the official designer color name is Latte). Champagne satin sash (purchased separately) is included.

Bridal size 12 (approx street size 6 or 8)

Please keep in mind that bridal sizing is very different from retail sizing. A bridal size 12 is NOT a retail/street size 12, it's actually much closer to a size 6 or 8. Also, don't judge the size off of the pictures of me in the store's sample dress. Bridal stores often order a larger size just in case which is what they did for me. You can wear this dress as-is, alter it a little OR a lot. This dress can easily be taken in as the bridal shop was planning on altering it down to a street size 2/4 for me.

A Note on Pictures: I've included pictures of myself wearing the bridal store's sample dress (w/ the store's belt and veil). These pictures are not the actual dress for sale and the pictures included for illustrative purposes only. The actual dress is the same style and color but is BRAND NEW, not a worn, store sample. The other pictures are of the actual dress for sale. I'm happy to provide more pictures upon request.

No after-market alterations were done as I had already decided to switch to my Mom's dress before this even arrived in. This dress is direct from the designer and is brand new and unworn. Please note a custom hem was ordered and completed at the designer factory, making it ideal for brides under 5'9. I'm 5'4 and was planning on wearing 3 inch heels. However, this dress can be made shorter and even a bit longer since as standard practice with lace wedding dresses, an additional piece of scalloped lace is tacked on to the bottom so that during the fitting process the dress can be made longer or shorter based on the bride's height and chosen shoes.
