The Dress

One of Vera Wang’s Iconic designs, the Leda is an ivory, strapless mermaid floating lace gown, over web lace. The intricate and delicate rose and tulip lace lays over the webbed lace to create a gorgeous three-dimensional, yet extremely light look. At the top of the tight bodice sits a wispy tulle piece, which gives the illusion of something soft floating on the skin. The neckline is a French sweetheart which is a bit more subtle. At the bottom of the bodice, the skirt opens up into a beautiful, romantic full skirt and train. The bustle of the dress the dress is French. I will also include my cathedral veil which was $1,495 retail at no additional cost. I will send the dress with the original Vera Wang garment bag and hanger. The bridal size was a 10 (I am about a size 6 in regular clothes with a 32DD bra size and I am 5 feet 4 inches and wore 4 inch heels. I had an incredible tailor who made sure the dress fit (it was a little too loose and I wanted a form-fitting mermaid look. The dress is in incredible condition, only worn once! I didn’t want to let it go but now it can make someone else as happy as it made me on their wedding day.
