About the Dress

Ivory couture Carmela Sutera dupioni silk wedding gown. Purchased new in 2001 directly from designer. Two-piece: Blouse with standup collar, long sleeves, ties at wrists; high waist skirt with front center bow. Pictures don't do this gown justice. The fabric is exquisite. Pics also make it look white, but it is ivory. Because the dress is almost 20 years old, I do not have a stock photo; nor can I take current ones, as it has been cleaned/preserved.

Dry cleaned and preserved in box.

Retail at the time was approximately $6000.

Alterations

I believe it was taken in a little bit at the waist and also slightly hemmed.
