The Dress

This beautiful gown is made and designed by Lee Petra Grebenau, it is the "Bella" gown in the “Taylor” gown fabric. I wore this gown for my wedding in October 2020. I only wore it for a couple of hours for my vows ceremony, and then I changed into a different dress for the reception.

This breathtaking embroidered gown fits close to the figure hugging the waist and hips before flaring into an elegant train. This gown is a one of a kind and the combination of “Taylor” gown fabric on “Bella” gown style has not been done before, it is completely unique and will be so special for your wedding.

I ordered and purchased this beautiful gown brand new from Helen Rodrigues Bridal in Neutral Bay, the exclusive Sydney Bridal house which is the sole stockist of this designer. I paid a premium to have the “Bella” gown custom made with the “Taylor” fabric, no one else in this world would have this same dress. The fabric on this dress has a good amount of stretch and is custom made using sparkly beading and pearl embellishments that are all hand sewn, it’s beautiful translucent layer of embellishments cover a beautiful ivory lining. The train moves so gorgeously behind you on the floor as you walk, and is unlike any other gown's train due to the translucent nature. The end of the dress sits perfectly, and it really looks like one is floating when wearing this gown.

The inside of the dress has a seamless nude body suit that has hooks at the crotch (adjustable) and is extremely comfortable, the body suit helps with walking (it doesn't feel like you are dragging a gown around) and holds your body together. The back of the gown has an invisible zipper that cannot be seen once worn.

The dress has been professionally dry cleaned and is in as new and perfect condition, including the train. A dance loop/bracelet to hold the train is attached to the dress. The dress also comes with a slim white belt band which is also in perfect condition and has been dry cleaned. The gown comes in a Helen Rodrigues dress care zip bag.

Bride was 5'7" tall and weighed 58kg.
Bride is a size AU 8 with C cup bra size.
Worn with 10cm tall heels.

The beautiful matching veil is included and was ordered and purchased from Paolo Sebastian with the intentions to match this gown. The matching veil has hand sewn sparkly beading and sequins that cascade from the top of the veil all the way to the end of the veil. The veil has also been professionally dry cleaned and is in as new and perfect condition. The veil was only used for 1 hour during the vow ceremony and taken off immediately afterwards.
