Designer's Description:

A classic lace design, this fit-and-flare gown from Martina Liana brings the sexiness with its open back. A sweetheart neckline, highlighted with sheer peek-a-boo detailing, is accented on either side with sexy shoestring straps. Soft lace adorns the fitted bodice of this gown, spacing out slightly on the flared skirt, and finished with a full lace hem. Floating straps accentuate the completely open back of this style, while a dramatic lace train completes the look. The back of this backless wedding dress zips up beneath fabric-covered buttons.

Alterations

The dress was ordered by the boutique at a larger size to be taken in and fitted. However, the dress was not taken in to be skin tight and there are cups sewn in that can be removed. The cut of the dress is incredibly flattering and accentuates an hourglass figure or figure that wants to look more like an hour-glass. Also, I am self-conscious about my midsection/lower "pouch" that all of us women have, and it did not feel visible or look visible throughout the night (even after eating and drinking). It was incredibly comfortable, both physically and mentally.
