The Dress
The dress was purchased from Browns Bride in London. It was always a dream to buy the Galia Lahav Gala 805 dress as I wanted something very fitted but after trying on a number of different styles I fell head over heels for the ball gown style. It made me feel like a princess, however cliche that may sound. It fit like a glove due to being custom ordered to size but would fit a size UK size 6-8. The bodice is corseted but I had a zip layer added on top as I did not want you to see the lace ties and preferred a clean finish. I also had the dress doubly lined so that it is not sheer like the original dress on the website. I did not wear the straps as in the professional picture but I do have them and they will be sold with the dress. The dress has been drycleaned and in excellent condition. All bagged up in the Browns dress bag waiting for a new home.
