This sleeveless halter neck dress felt very fun and fresh and Meghan was extremely comfortable in the design showcasing her toned arms and shoulders. I personally felt like a movie star wearing it and hope someone else gets to feel so special wearing it on their big day.

Alterations

15 cm hem at the front section of the dress. Mine was a beach wedding so I was barefoot. I am 5 foot 7 and did however hem the dress as if I was wearing kitten heels so that it can be worn by someone of similar height with heels.
