The Dress

Galia Lahav 'Aelin' dress from the Haute Couture 'Queen of Hearts' collection.

This was truly the dress of my dreams! I felt like a modern princess wearing this gown on our big day.

This dress was purchased at Dion Brides in North Perth in 2020. After trying on a number of dresses prior, I just knew this was the one when the sample size fit me perfectly! The detail, the shape and the quality is exceptional.

I had a custom bustle added to the dress so that you could show off the magnificent train during the ceremony and then tie it up for your reception entry and first dance.

The dress has been professionally dry cleaned recently at Stannards.

Alterations

The dress is a sample size 40 (size 8 AU).
Measurements were not taken because I purchased the stock gown and it fit perfectly.
The length of the dress was altered to my height and hemmed (I'm 171cm tall and wore 10cm heels).
A custom bustle was added to the dress.
