The Dress

I was looking for a dress that covered my chest and didn’t feel like a halter top. This one did that for me. It was elegant, beautiful, and simple. It is lace and crepe chiffon. There is boning in the top lace half. It’s A-line but doesn’t poof out rather it falls right down. It has a train. It’s very comfortable! I loved the feel of it when I tried it on. I’m 5’2” and weigh 130lb. I am usually a size 4-6 in dress sizes. Unfortunately I was measured in February 2021 as a size 8 even though I tried on a size 10. I didn’t realize that the 8 wouldn’t fit. I assumed that Vows bridal dress shop in Watertown, MA would order me one with alteration room, like I expressed to them. It’s always better to get a bigger size so it can be taken in than too small. It doesn’t zip up on me in the back. I have all details listed. I was able to try it on when it arrived on June 11th, 2021.

I took the dress to Isabelle & Me in Manchester, NH in the hopes I could still wear it. The back of the dress now has a corset put in. It was never worn besides trying it on. Best offer will be accepted. Message me with questions. :)
