The Dress

The perfect balance of uniquely modern and elegantly classic, this gown shapes your silhouette in luxurious stretch lace and frames your neckline with a deep but supportive V-neck bodice.
The dress finishes with a flattering godet on the back of the skirt that flows into a gorgeous lace train.

I bought this dress from the Karen Willis Holmes boutique in 2019 with a plan to be married in 2020, unfortunately we had to postpone and we wed in April 2021.

From the minute i put the dress on, i knew it was perfect. It fit so well and shaped all my assets perfectly.

I kept it in tip top condition throughout the COVID period and when putting it on again for a final fitting this year, i still felt the same love i had for it 2 years prior.

Alterations

I added sleeves onto the dress - i wanted something that adds a touch of fun as i wanted to dance the night away. The sleeves are a bell shape sleeve with it slightly gathered at the elbow and then opens up with a split towards the wrist, allowing for maximum movement.

Cups were inserted to provide a rounder and sleeker shape.
