White top with sparkling tulle overlay. Rhinestones around the waist make a belt (a few are missing, but it's not noticeable in photos). Sparkling tulle skirt, falls in layers. Easy to zip up.
Alterations
Two small alterations: the v-neck was stitched up an inch, and the spaghetti straps were stitched down to shorten them. Both alterations would be easy to undo.
