The Dress

A beautiful wedding gown from Bo & Luca, bought from a very reputable bridal boutique in a sample sale in April 2021. Worn once in July 2021.

Over 280 hours of hand embroidery were completed to create the fanciful IRIS gown. Featuring a delicate tulle overlay, embellished with 3-D flowers, each carefully hand beaded, the IRIS gown gently hugs the body. The low V-back adds an element of allure to this beautiful wedding gown.

The gown is in very good condition, there is a small shoe hole on the tulle train at the rear which can be repaired should the interested party love the dress, or alternatively the train can be altered or shortened to remove it. The dress was altered by an excellent seamstress for a 5ft 3 inch bride - very little alterations were done, and very little alterations would be required for this dress if any for a similar sized bride and height.

The dress would also be suitable for a size 8 or 10 as it would drape very well on a slender frame - with slight alterations at waist etc. Beautiful dress. Boho and romantic and the most comfortable dress to wear on the day and so easy to sit and walk in.

Alterations

Altered for a 5ft 3 bride, and spaghetti straps were shortened. no other alterations on waist etc.
